Bibalove
Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and IP LEBEDEV (trading as Bibazavr, "we", "us"), the developer of Bibalove. By creating an account or using Bibalove on iOS, Android or the web, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. The service
Bibalove is a private space for two partners to share compliments, letters, date ideas and important dates. It is currently free to use. If we ever add paid features, we'll describe them and their price clearly before you buy anything.
2. Who can use Bibalove
You must be at least 16 years old, and old enough under the laws where you live to agree to these terms (or have a parent or guardian's permission).
3. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- An account can be part of one couple at a time. Share your invite code only with the person you want to pair with.
- Tell us at hello@bibazavr.fyi if you think someone else has access to your account.
4. Your content
You own what you write in Bibalove: compliments, letters, dates and everything else. You give us a limited licence to store, copy, sync and display that content, only so the app can show it to you and your partner. This licence ends when the content is deleted.
What you add to your couple space is visible to your partner, and stays available to them as described in our account deletion page. Only share what you're comfortable with your partner seeing.
Suggestions. If you submit a date idea or compliment for the shared catalogues, you allow us to edit it and publish it in Bibalove for all users, free of charge and without attribution, for as long as the app exists.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, or use Bibalove to harass, threaten, abuse or deceive anyone;
- access another person's account or couple space without permission;
- submit unlawful, hateful or sexually explicit material as a public suggestion;
- interfere with or overload the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without our permission, or get around its security;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app, except where the law allows it;
- use bots or scrapers to access the service.
6. Our app
Bibalove, its design, code, name, logo and built-in catalogues belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. They don't transfer any of our rights to you.
7. App Store and Google Play
If you download Bibalove from the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store's terms also apply. For the App Store version, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies together with these terms. Apple and Google are not responsible for Bibalove or its support; we are.
8. Changes and availability
We're a small, independent developer. We may change, add or remove features, and the app may sometimes be unavailable. If we ever plan to shut Bibalove down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice in the app where we reasonably can.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using Bibalove and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or where we're required to by law. Where reasonable, we'll tell you why first.
10. Disclaimer
Bibalove is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, or that content will never be lost. Keep your own copy of anything precious.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Bibalove. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim (or 10 USD if you paid nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law where you live.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes go to the courts of Almaty, unless the consumer law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live. Please contact us first. Most problems can be sorted out by email.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the effective date above, and for significant changes we'll let you know in the app. If you keep using Bibalove after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.
